We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Evolute Retail and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Evolute Report Suite: We encourage you to read through the product descriptions and information thoroughly before making a purchase as Evolute Retail does not usually offer refunds on tools due to their digital nature.
We might make an exception in rare instances, such as if a tool has an error (i.e. within a formula) that prevents it from functioning properly. The error must be within the original, unaltered download. Evolute Retail is not responsible for errors caused by changes made by the user.
If you believe there is an error in one of the tools you have purchased from us, please contact us describing the error in detail, along with applicable screenshots. Please also let us know what version of Excel or Google Sheets you are using (i.e. 2016). We will look into it ASAP and may ask you some further questions and/or request a copy of your tool. If there is an error (and we are able to fix it), you will have the option of getting a refund on your original download, or receiving an updated tool.
If there is no error in the tool but you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please do contact us. We will do everything we can to help.
Customised Reporting: Evolute Retail does not issue refunds on customised tools or services. If you are requesting a customised tool or service, please be sure to state all of your requirements as thoroughly and clearly as possible. We encourage you to include any applicable samples or other works that might be helpful for illustrative purposes. We will ask you clarification questions as necessary and only invoice you when we’ve agreed on the requirements, terms, and price.
If we’ve customised a tool for you, there’s one round of adjustments included when you receive the customised version. You have up to ten working days to review your customised tool and let us know if you need any changes. Typical adjustments could include formatting or wording changes. Requests for additional features that weren’t stated in the initial requirements are not included in this free round of adjustments. These may be requested but will incur additional costs.
If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable for any reason, please let us know. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you!
